Ended on a high note..

Today ended up being a pretty good day.  Ellie started off not feeling well this morning but in the afternoon she started to feel better.  She even got to go to her end of the year school party.  She didn’t participate with everything but I was proud of her.  A special thanks to the room mom, teacher, & school staff for accommodating us. 

Dave and I got to go on a double date tonight.  As we have been told when you have a child that has a serious illness it really puts the strain on your marriage.  Dave and I are working very hard to make sure this doesn’t happen.  We did have a great time with some friends of ours tonight.  It ended up being a perfect ending to the day.
