Great News

Today we got the best news.  Ellie’s cancer had not spread to the spine.  So we are just going to have to battle the brain tumor.  Not to make it sound easy or anything but that was the best news we were waiting for. 

Ellie is doing much better today after a long weekend in the hospital.  What was one night, felt like a week.  I am still trying to catch up on my sleep.  In the process of the stress, lack of sleep, and just life right now I am so cranky.  I can admit it.  Why does this have to happen to my sweet baby girl?  I guess god just knows that she is a strong little girl that can get through this.  Although there are days I question this statement, but for the most part I truly believe it “Ellie is going to beat this.”  I mean she has to I cannot live without her.
